PRF stands for platelet-rich fibrin. We draw a small blood sample, spin it in a centrifuge to separate the platelets and fibrin, then heat and process the plasma into EZ Gel, a smooth gel with a consistency similar to filler. Because it comes from you, the risk of an allergic reaction is very low.
Regenerative aesthetics is one of Sangini's particular passions. She and Brenda use PRF EZ Gel for tear troughs, crepey skin and mild volume loss, and pair PRF or Airessence PDGF+ with microneedling or lasers to support healing. Regenerative aesthetics is one of Sangini's particular passions. PRF EZ Gel is a 100% natural biostimulating injectable that uses your body's own proteins and growth factors to improve skin tone and texture while treating deep tear troughs, fine lines, wrinkles and volume loss.
We take a small sample of your blood and process it in a centrifuge to separate the platelets and fibrin. The result is a gel rich in growth factors and cytokines, the elements that promote healing and regeneration.

What to expect

Consultation
We assess the area and confirm PRF is a good fit, since very deep hollows or prominent fat pads may need a different approach.

Blood draw and preparation
A small sample is drawn, much like a routine blood test, and prepared into gel while numbing cream takes effect.

Injection
The gel is placed carefully into the treatment area. Most people feel pressure and mild discomfort.

Follow-up
Swelling settles over a few days. A short series often gives the most even result.
Downtime
Swelling for a few days is expected and bruising is possible, especially under the eyes, but most people return to normal activities quickly.
Results
Some softening shows early, while skin quality improves gradually over the following weeks and, for many patients, lasts for months with periodic treatment.

What is the difference between PRF and PRP?
Both come from your own blood. PRP is a liquid plasma rich in platelets, while PRF also keeps fibrin, which can be prepared into the thicker EZ Gel used for volume.
What is Airessence PDGF+?
It is a growth factor product we may use alongside treatments such as microneedling to support recovery. Sangini will explain whether it adds value for your skin.
How many PRF sessions will I need?
Many patients benefit from a short series spaced several weeks apart. The number depends on your skin and goals, and we plan it at your consultation.
How much is PRF EZ Gel?
Pricing depends on the area and the number of sessions in your plan, and we confirm it at your consultation. The $150 consultation fee for new consultations is fully credited toward services booked.
