Hyaluronic acid filler restores volume and adds shape where it has faded. At LIV, the goal is balance and proportion, never a filled look.

About Fillers
Why patients choose LIV
- Best for
- Lips, cheeks, under eyes, chin, jawline
- Appointment
- About 30 to 60 minutes
- Results
- Immediate, settles over two weeks
- Lasts
- Typically 6 to 18 months, by area
Restylane and Juvéderm are smooth hyaluronic acid gels that add volume right where they are placed, so you see a change the same day. Each product has a different firmness, which is why a soft gel suits the lips and a more structured one suits the chin or cheekbones.
Sangini has an eye for proportion built over 22 years, and she will often suggest less product than you expect, placed with intent. Brenda Torres, BSN, RN, also performs filler at LIV. Because hyaluronic acid filler can usually be dissolved, it is a reassuring choice if you are new to it, and Sangini can assess and correct filler done elsewhere.
Good for
- Lip shape, balance and hydration
- Flattened cheeks and midface
- Under-eye hollows, where suitable
- Chin projection and jawline definition
- Smile lines and marionette lines
How it works
Dermal fillers
Restores volume and shape where time has taken it, with results you see the same day.
Hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane and Juvéderm are smooth gels made from a sugar your skin already produces. They restore lost volume, add definition and smooth deeper folds, and many include lidocaine for comfort.
Where filler works beautifully
- Lips, for shape, hydration and balance rather than size
- Cheeks and midface, to restore lift
- Under eyes, to soften hollows and shadows
- Chin and jawline, for structure and profile balance
- Smile lines and marionette lines
Because hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved, they are a reassuring choice if you are new to filler. Sangini is known for her eye for placement: a little product in the right spot does more than a lot in the wrong one.
Your appointment
What to expect
- 01
Face mapping
We look at your face as a whole, at rest and in motion, and agree on where volume will actually help.
- 02
Comfort
Many fillers contain lidocaine, and we can apply numbing cream to sensitive areas like the lips.
- 03
Placement
Filler is placed with a fine needle or cannula, checking symmetry as we go. Most appointments take 30 to 60 minutes.
- 04
Settling
Swelling settles over about two weeks, when the final shape shows. We are happy to see you then if anything needs refining.
Downtime
Expect some swelling and possible bruising for a few days, especially in the lips, though most people return to normal routines right away.
Results
Results are visible immediately, settle over about two weeks and typically last 6 to 18 months depending on the product and area.
Consultation
$150, fully credited toward any services booked.

Reviews
In their words
★★★★★
“I don't trust anyone but Sangini with my face for Botox and fillers. She is an artist! Never too much or never too little. She truly wants to make her patients look beautiful, and feel happy, and good about themselves.”
★★★★★
“I had my lips previously done that left them uneven and bumpy weeks before my wedding. Sangini was able to dissolve them and fill them perfectly so they looked more plump, but also very natural for my wedding. I always have minimal bruising and minimal post op discomfort. She also does an excellent job on my Botox. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
★★★★★
“I have been seeing Sangini since 2016 when a friend recommended her for Botox and fillers. What I love about Sangini, is that she takes her time and does not rush her patients. She is a perfectionist, has a great eye for proportions and never pushes me to do more than I need. She is very gentle, patient, caring and always makes me feel comfortable.”
Can filler be dissolved if I do not like it?
Hyaluronic acid filler can usually be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. That makes it a reassuring option if you are new to filler or want to correct work done elsewhere.
How do I avoid an overfilled look?
Choose an injector who plans for proportion, not volume. We often treat in stages and would rather add a little at a follow-up than place too much at once.
Should I avoid anything before filler?
If you can, skip alcohol and blood-thinning supplements for a few days beforehand to reduce bruising, but check with your doctor before stopping any prescribed medication. Book filler at least two weeks before a big event.
How is the cost of filler worked out?
It depends on the areas and how much product your plan needs, so we price it at your consultation. The $150 consultation fee for new consultations is fully credited toward services booked.
