Frown lines and forehead lines are mostly made by movement. Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau relax the muscles that crease the skin, so lines soften and are less likely to deepen. Lines that have been there for years can also sit in the skin itself, even at rest, and that is where texture treatments help.
Sangini balances the forehead and brow carefully, since too much product in the forehead can make brows feel heavy. She and Brenda start conservatively and fine-tune at your two-week check-in. For etched lines and texture, Moxi or Laser Genesis can smooth the surface over a series.

Consultation
We watch how your forehead and brows move and agree on how much movement you want to keep.

Neurotoxin
A few quick injections relax the frown and forehead muscles. It takes about 15 minutes.

Texture
If lines remain etched at rest, we may add Moxi or Laser Genesis over the following weeks.

Check-in
Results settle by about two weeks, when we fine-tune for balance.
Downtime
Little to none: small bumps fade within an hour, and laser add-ons have little to no downtime.
Results
Neurotoxin results typically settle by two weeks and last three to four months for most patients, while laser texture improvements build over a series.

Will Botox in my forehead make my brows drop?
It can if the forehead is overtreated or the brow is not balanced. We assess your brow position first and place conservatively to keep it natural.
Can Botox soften deep forehead lines at rest?
It helps, but deeply etched lines often need support from skin treatments such as Moxi or Laser Genesis, sometimes over a series.
At what age should I start Botox for forehead lines?
There is no set age. Some people start when lines first linger at rest, using small doses. We will tell you if you do not need it yet.
What does it cost to treat forehead and frown lines?
It depends on your muscle strength, the product and any laser add-ons, so we price your plan at consultation. The $150 consultation fee for new consultations is fully credited toward services booked.
